Príbeh vína CASSAVITA

Víno CASSAVITA vzniklo s cieľom návratu tradície zo 14. storočia, keď Košice mali monopol obchodu s vínom. Neskôr v 16.storočí mali Košice už vlastné vinice v Tokaji. Preto sme sa rozhodli prinavrátiť túto tradíciu a symbolicky odovzdať mestu 1 hektár viníc. Z tejto vinice sme vyrobili víno CASSAVITA s ktorým sa začína písať nová kapitola Košického vína. Jedno Euro z predaja každej fľaše tohto vína mimo objemu určeného pre mesto Košice bude odovzdané na obnovu obľúbeného miesta v Košiciach. Každý rok si toto miesto volia obyvatelia Košíc samy.

Story of CASSAVITA

CASSAVITA wine was created with the aim of returning the tradition from the 14th century, when Košice had a monopoly on the wine trade. Later in the 16th century, Košice already had its own vineyards in Tokaj. Therefore, we decided to restore this tradition and symbolically hand over 1 hectare of vineyards to the city. We made CASSAVITA wine from this vineyard, with which a new chapter of Košice wine is beginning to be written. One Euro from the sale of each bottle of this wine outside the volume intended for the city of Košice will be handed over for the restoration of a popular place in Košice. Every year, the people of Košice choose this place themselves.
